Job Summary

AUGLETICS is seeking an Android Developer to build and enhance software for its connected rowing machines and mobile app. The role involves creating new features, refining existing workflows, and ensuring a seamless user experience on both device firmware and the companion mobile app. Developers will work closely with the CTO and a small, agile software team, prototyping ideas directly on the hardware and integrating with backend services such as Firebase. Key responsibilities include writing maintainable Kotlin/Java code, implementing AI‑assisted development tools, and contributing to quality initiatives through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Candidates should be comfortable with Git, API integration, and device‑software interfaces, and must be able to communicate technical concepts in English.
