Area Facility Manager

Job Summary

AmRest Deutschland, a leading franchise partner for global brands such as Starbucks, KFC, and Burger King, is seeking an Area Facility Manager to oversee the operational readiness of all restaurants within the Nordrhein-Westfalen region. The role involves ensuring that technical systems, building infrastructure, and safety compliance are maintained at the highest standards, thereby guaranteeing uninterrupted business continuity. Key responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, coordinating with technical departments, landlords, and regulatory bodies, and managing service contracts to keep costs under control. The successful candidate will also analyze financial reports related to maintenance and propose action plans to improve performance and efficiency across multiple sites. This position requires strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills, along with a Master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to travel within the region are essential for driving facility excellence across the portfolio.
