Area Manager – Lift

Job Summary

The role is an operations leadership position focused on managing lift operations within a modern logistics centre. As Area Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day activities across all shifts, ensuring safety, quality, timeliness, and cost targets are met. You will lead continuous improvement projects to eliminate inefficiencies and drive process excellence. You will also mentor and motivate staff and team leaders, fostering a culture of ownership and teamwork. Working closely with cross‑functional partners—Safety, OpEx, HR, IT, Maintenance, and Finance—you will analyse data to inform decisions and prepare business reviews for senior leadership. The position is part of a talent‑pipeline accelerator designed to fast‑track high‑potential managers to senior leadership roles within 24‑36 months. It offers flexible working patterns, including shift work and occasional travel, and requires fluency in English.
