Associate Cloud Consultant – Application Development

Job Summary

Red Hat is looking for an experienced Associate Cloud Consultant to partner with enterprise clients on building and modernising cloud‑native applications. The role requires strong Java development skills, experience with microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerisation, and a solid understanding of CI/CD, GitOps and DevSecOps practices. Candidates will also design and implement generative and predictive AI solutions, leveraging large language models, vector databases and AI agents to solve real business problems. The position involves collaborating closely with senior consultants, architects and customer technical teams to deliver secure, maintainable software across on‑premises and cloud environments. Successful applicants will possess a minimum of five years’ professional IT experience, be fluent in English (Italian required), and have a proven track record of delivering cloud‑centric solutions that meet rigorous security and quality standards.
