Associate Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Aderant, a global software provider for law firms, is looking for an Associate Technical Consultant to support the implementation and integration of its enterprise solutions. The role involves collaborating closely with clients to capture business requirements, design system configurations, and ensure successful project delivery. The consultant will act as the primary liaison, maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal teams to resolve issues and drive adoption. Key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, preparing project specifications, configuring solutions, and troubleshooting technical problems. The position requires hands‑on support with Microsoft SQL Server, scripting in JavaScript or C#, and customization of system logic. The role also involves documenting progress, providing technical guidance, and escalating issues when necessary. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or related fields, and 1–2 years of experience in impact analysis, requirements gathering or user acceptance testing. Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork skills are essential, along with a professional appearance and a passion for client service.
