Resolv.Global is seeking a Bilingual Patient Services Representative to support patients and providers in a fully remote capacity. The role involves handling inbound patient inquiries, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and making proactive outbound calls for follow‑ups and outreach campaigns. The representative will work with established scripts, route clinical questions to licensed staff, and manage insurance verification and prior‑authorization processes. Strong English and Spanish communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry and electronic medical records are essential for ensuring high quality patient interactions and documentation. This position requires a reliable high‑speed internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a professional headset and webcam. The role operates on a Monday‑Friday schedule (8:00 AM‑5:00 PM Pacific Time) and is paid on a weekly basis as an independent contractor.
