CAM-/CNC Programmer 5-Axis Milling (m/f/d)

Job Summary

The role centers on creating, simulating, and refining CAM programs for both 3‑ and 5‑axis milling operations. You will be responsible for programming CNC toolpaths for intricate components with tight tolerances, selecting appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and fixturing strategies across materials such as aluminium, steel, titanium, and Inconel. Beyond programming, you will drive cycle‑time reductions, enhance machine utilization, and establish reusable program libraries, templates, and production documentation. Your work will feed directly into the company's high‑precision, safety‑critical parts for aerospace, defence, and energy sectors. Collaboration is key: you will work closely with manufacturing, industrial engineering, and software teams to improve data capture, planning, and automation. You will also contribute to the site build, commissioning, and the definition of robust production workflows. Candidates should bring several years of CAM/CNC experience, proficiency with tools such as hyperMILL, Mastercam, or Siemens NX, and a strong grasp of GD&T, machining fundamentals, and fixturing. Experience in regulated precision manufacturing (e.g., aerospace, defence) and knowledge of EN 9100/AS9100 or related standards is a plus. Fluency in German or English is required for technical coordination.
