Talkspace, a leading online mental health platform, seeks a seasoned Clinical Quality Specialist to strengthen its Network and Clinical Quality team. The role involves conducting peer proficiency reviews, auditing room/documentation, and supporting providers in addressing clinical issues. The specialist will review telehealth interactions, assess risk and compliance, and provide guidance to practitioners.
