Collection Operations & Process Manager

Job Summary

As the Collection Operations & Process Manager, you will be the operational and analytical hub for the company’s collection processes across Europe. You will oversee end‑to‑end workflows from vehicle owner data retrieval, through debt collection communication, to integration with customer care and external debt‑collection partners. Your responsibilities include ensuring seamless automation of data flows, implementing fallback solutions for structural errors, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and local EU regulations. You will drive data‑driven performance analysis, monitoring key metrics in tools like Metabase, and initiating corrective actions when trends shift. Acting as the central point of contact, you will coordinate between technical teams, customer success, and external partners, ensuring clear structure and effective communication in the project lifecycle. Your role also involves adapting collection strategies to new European markets, tailoring approaches to local payment habits, and integrating new regulatory requirements into existing workflows. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in operations, project management, or process control with exposure to debt‑collection or a related field. You should excel at root‑cause analysis, be comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools, and possess strong stakeholder management skills. Fluency in German and English is required.
