Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Job Summary

Stickerfive, a creative studio that designs and produces custom sticker albums for amateur and professional sports teams, is looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to elevate its online presence. The role entails developing fresh video concepts for reels, TikToks and Instagram stories, shooting and editing content independently, and presenting the brand’s collection drives to a wide audience. Responsibilities include crafting a cohesive editorial calendar, publishing regular posts, engaging with comments and messages, and analysing performance metrics such as watch time, shares and community growth. The candidate will also visit partner clubs for photo shoots, sales launches and exchange events, capturing the atmosphere and connecting with people on the ground. The ideal applicant brings hands‑on experience in social‑media production, fluency in German, and proficiency with smartphones or cameras and editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. No formal education is required; a proven portfolio of self‑produced content is essential. Experience with Meta or TikTok ads is a plus, but not mandatory. The role demands a self‑starter attitude, excellent communication skills and a willingness to film at partner clubs, usually on weekends.
