Content Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Vable, a content intelligence software firm, is looking for a Content Operations Specialist to manage and maintain its source library for international law firms and consultancies. The position is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, fully remote based in the UK, with the potential for extension. The role involves setting up new data sources, troubleshooting broken feeds, and performing daily quality checks to ensure stakeholders receive reliable content. The successful candidate will work closely with a Data Specialist and a Product Manager, handling tasks such as reading HTML, using XPath to extract data, and resolving HTTP errors. The work is highly detail‑oriented, requiring a steady focus on accuracy and the ability to prioritize tasks independently. This is a non‑client‑facing role; client requests are routed through the Customer Success team. The position offers the chance to see immediate impact on source health metrics and client satisfaction. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a detail‑focused role (data quality, operations, research, or library services) and a keen eye for consistency. Technical skills will be taught, so a curious mindset and quick learning ability are essential.
