Contract Specialist III

Job Summary

Goldbelt Glacier is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist III to support acquisition planning, contract administration, procurement strategy, cost and price analysis, solicitation development, and contract closeout activities for the Department of the Interior, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). The role involves preparing solicitation packages, assisting with Statements of Work, conducting cost and price analyses, supporting source selection activities, and ensuring compliance with FAR and policy updates. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience with federal pre-award and post-award activities. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Acquisition, Public Administration, or a related discipline, and possess at least four years of federal acquisition experience equivalent to a GS-12 level. Preferred qualifications include Department of Interior experience, Indian Affairs experience, FAC-C Level III DAWIA certification, and NCMA certification.
