Corporate Pension & Trust Account Advisor (m/w/d)

Job Summary

The role involves being the primary contact for new corporate inquiries, qualifying leads, and conducting persuasive initial discussions about time-value and capital accounts in corporate pension plans (bAV) and trust solutions. You will analyze the needs of potential corporate clients, craft tailored offers, and present solutions until successful contract closure. Additional responsibilities include managing new client projects from initiation through smooth onboarding to handover to ongoing support, expanding relationships with existing corporate customers, increasing workforce participation rates, and exploring new sites or product lines. You will also collaborate with the marketing team and clients to design and execute targeted communication concepts and information sessions aimed at boosting employee enrollment. The ideal candidate holds a completed training as an insurance/finance salesperson, a banking professional, or a business administration degree with a specialization in corporate pensions. Prior consulting experience and specialized qualifications in corporate pension plans are preferred. Strong communication, self‑direction, and proficiency in digital tools are essential, along with fluent German in both spoken and written form.
