Critical Risk & Operational Safety Specialist

Job Summary

Forwood Safety is looking for a seasoned Safety Professional to join its Critical Risk Management team. The role involves leveraging on‑field experience in high‑risk sectors such as construction, electricity utilities, and infrastructure to demonstrate the value of SaaS‑based safety solutions. The specialist will engage with customers, contractors, and senior decision‑makers, translating complex risk‑management concepts into clear, actionable insights. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, gathering customer feedback, and supporting sales initiatives to drive revenue growth. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to present to diverse stakeholders, and a commercial mindset to align customer needs with practical solutions. International exposure, including travel to Italy and other markets, is expected. Candidates should have a background in operational safety or risk management, familiarity with safety management systems, and a passion for preventing workplace fatalities. Experience with SaaS, EHS, or risk‑management platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
