Job Summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee financial operations across its hotel portfolio. The role involves leading month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements, and strengthening internal controls. The Director will partner with property and corporate leaders to deliver robust reporting, disciplined balance‑sheet management, and strategic insights for profitability improvement. Key responsibilities include managing general ledger activities, accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, cash management, and compliance with USALI standards. The candidate will also support property openings, conversions, and special assignments, while coaching and developing finance teams. This position requires a deep understanding of hotel financial systems and a proven track record in senior finance roles within hospitality.
