Empower Tutoring seeks a full‑time Educational Consultant to support families seeking online tutoring for high‑school subjects. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, conducting phone consultations with parents, understanding student needs, recommending suitable tutoring plans, and managing enrollment discussions. Successful candidates will follow up with families, hand off new clients to Student Success Managers, document interactions clearly, and maintain accurate lead records. Candidates should be energetic, comfortable on the phone, and able to quickly build rapport. A university degree, familiarity with the Ontario curriculum, and prior customer service or sales experience—especially in an educational setting—are required. Experience as a tutor or in education is an asset. The position is fully remote with regular hours Monday‑Thursday 10:30 AM‑7:30 PM and Friday 10:00 AM‑3:00 PM, with possible weekend shifts. Compensation is $20.00 per hour plus performance bonuses.
