An established electrical specialty company in Reinbek is looking for a seasoned leader to head a team of about five electrical technicians. The role involves daily planning, coordination of personnel, materials, and schedules, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for the industrial client and senior management. Key responsibilities include supervising installations, maintenance, and modernization of industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring compliance with VDE and DGUV safety regulations. The team leader will also guide staff, oversee documentation of work records, and provide technical support during site visits.
