Job Summary

Business Financial Group (BFG) is expanding its BFG Tax Academy network and is looking for an experienced Employer Partnerships & Placement Specialist based in the United States. The role involves developing and nurturing relationships with U.S. CPA firms, tax preparation companies, enrolled agent practices, and other accounting-related employers to secure remote placement opportunities for India‑based graduates. The specialist will identify suitable entry‑level and junior‑level positions, understand employer needs, coordinate candidate introductions and interviews, and manage the placement lifecycle from offer to onboarding. This is a flexible, commission‑based opportunity designed for independent recruiters, staffing consultants, or business development professionals with a strong network in the U.S. tax and accounting sector. Key responsibilities include: • Proactively identifying and approaching potential U.S. employers. • Assessing and matching job requirements with qualified Academy graduates. • Coordinating interviews, technical assessments, and feedback. • Maintaining accurate records in a CRM and reporting progress to Academy management.
