Engineering Manager – Electrical Engineering (Remote)

Job Summary

Jabil, a global partner for leading brands, is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its Data Center Infrastructure Engineering team. The role involves guiding a high‑performing engineering group through the design, development, and lifecycle management of complex power, cooling, and infrastructure products. The manager will set clear priorities, foster a culture of accountability, and enable cross‑functional collaboration with program management, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. Responsibilities include resource planning across multiple projects, providing technical oversight, and ensuring deliverables meet functionality, quality, safety, and manufacturability standards. The manager will also drive the adoption of engineering standards, documentation practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position supports teams in design/ configuration, electrical, and controls engineering, and requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate risks and decisions effectively to stakeholders.
