Job Summary

Hyre is looking for an experienced Finance Virtual Assistant to manage a full range of financial tasks for a company serving the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services sector. The role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and supporting payroll and commission calculations. The assistant will act as a bridge between field operations and backend accounting, ensuring accurate data flow between ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Online. Candidates must have advanced Excel skills, be comfortable with cloud-based storage, and be able to maintain a secure digital filing system. The position requires excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work independently. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, along with experience using ServiceTitan and QuickBooks. This is a 100% remote, full‑time contract role with standard US business hours.
