Founder's Associate (Student Work)

Job Summary

earthbound is a Berlin‑based start‑up that transforms construction waste into high‑quality, circular building materials. The Founder's Associate role is a student‑work position that allows you to work closely with the founding team, contributing to both strategic and operational initiatives. You will help analyse market potentials, research business opportunities, and develop decision‑making frameworks. In addition, you will support business development and partnership outreach, identify and build relationships with clients and partners, and help expand sales into new markets. Other responsibilities include financial planning, investor communication and funding, as well as improving internal processes and taking on small projects to drive growth. The role offers a hands‑on experience in entrepreneurship, with direct exposure to high‑level decision making and a steep learning curve. The position is part‑time (15–20 hours per week) with a start date in late November and will be based at the company's production site in Tegel, Berlin.
