Fullstack Developer – TypeScript (Node.js / Angular) with AI Integration

Job Summary

The role involves working directly with large corporate and public sector clients, delivering end‑to‑end solutions and taking full ownership of the assigned component. You will develop both backend services in TypeScript (NestJS or Express) and frontend applications in Angular, integrating advanced language models such as Retrieval Augmented Generation, tool‑calling, and autonomous agents. The position requires hands‑on coding, code reviews, and mentoring within a cross‑functional team that includes Product Owners, UX designers, and DevOps. The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional experience with TypeScript, RESTful API design, PostgreSQL, and Docker. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or GitHub Actions), Git, and automated testing is essential. Knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), messaging systems, and security best practices is a plus. Fluency in German at C1 level or higher is required for client interactions. Working hours are flexible; most employees work remotely with occasional visits to the Berlin office or client sites in Frankfurt. The company supports continuous learning in AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and Cursor, and provides a MacBook for remote work unless the client supplies hardware.
