Growth Manager – Russian Speaker (Berlin)

Job Summary

Almedia, a rapidly scaling European marketing tech firm, is looking for a Growth Manager to manage a portfolio of 5–15 advertiser accounts in Russian‑speaking markets. The role is centered on owning the end‑to‑end growth and expansion of each account, driving top‑line revenue growth rather than purely activity metrics. The successful candidate will independently tune ROAS targets, analyse performance dashboards, and proactively spot and resolve issues before they impact the client. Daily tools include Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio and Almedia’s internal AI platform. Collaboration with both commercial and technical teams is key, ensuring smooth communication between advertisers and engineering. Within the first 90 days, the Growth Manager will progress from shadowing senior managers to taking full ownership of a book of accounts, contributing to process improvements, and demonstrating measurable revenue growth. This fast‑paced, high‑ownership role rewards intensity and self‑drive, with a clear path to senior leadership.
