Advanced Psychiatry Associates is looking for a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking home healthcare services. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls (60–65 per day) from providers, referral sources and patients, collecting clinical and demographic data, and entering it into the company’s portal. Candidates will work remotely in a structured call‑center environment, with training and nesting periods of 4–6 weeks, followed by regular shifts from Monday to Friday. The position requires a strong emphasis on empathy, attention to detail, and compliance with HIPAA/PHI regulations. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of call‑center customer service experience, and a minimum of one year of experience in the healthcare or medical industry, including familiarity with medical terminology. Proficiency in dual‑monitor usage, data entry at 30 WPM, and basic PC and search engine skills are essential.
