Insurance P&C Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Genpact is seeking an Insurance P&C Claims Specialist to manage a portfolio of managed repair program claim assignments. The role involves communicating with contractors, performing quality estimate reviews, and supporting client adjusters and insurers on restoration, water mitigation and structural work. The specialist will monitor assignment aging and status, follow up on open items, and record journal notes on claim results. They will use tracking systems to manage activity and assist with periodic special projects. The position requires strong claims management skills, knowledge of insurance and regulatory affairs, and the ability to provide technical support to clients and insureds. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Risk Management or Insurance, or a related field, and may hold certifications such as Associate in Claims (AIC), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required.
