Intern Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary

Doctolib is seeking an enthusiastic intern to support its Tech & Product Talent Acquisition team in Berlin. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth candidate experience, coordinating complex interview schedules, and driving continuous improvement in the interview process. Interns will manage interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and technical interviewers, maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System, and use AI tools to streamline scheduling and communication. This 6‑month internship offers full‑time (40 h/week) exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment in an international tech environment. Interns will learn how to design interview processes, track scheduling metrics, and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to enhance the candidate journey. The program includes a structured onboarding, hybrid work model, and additional perks such as a Deutschlandticket and sports subsidies. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating interviews and communicating with all parties - Maintaining candidate and interview data in the ATS - Improving scheduling processes and tracking metrics - Participating in process‑improvement projects using AI and automation Ideal candidates are organized, detail‑oriented, and passionate about creating inclusive hiring experiences. Fluency in English is required; German B2 or higher is a plus. Previous ATS or HR coordination experience is advantageous.
