Investor Accounting Analyst – Team Lead

Job Summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is hiring an Investor Accounting Analyst Team Lead to oversee complex reconciliation projects, manage investor reports, and ensure compliance with Regulation AB. The role involves reconciling various investor accounts, researching and resolving discrepancies, and providing backup support to senior management. The successful candidate will lead a small team, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Investor Reporting to keep accounts balanced and accurate. Responsibilities also include preparing reports for custodial accounts, handling special projects, and maintaining communication with clients. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and have 3‑5 years of experience in investor accounting and reporting. A minimum of one year in a supervisory role is required, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
