Junior Production Engineer

Job Summary

RobCo is developing autonomous industrial robotics and seeks a Junior Production Engineer to join its production floor in Munich. The role involves hands‑on support of day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, inspection of non‑conforming modules, and execution of small‑to‑medium continuous improvement initiatives aimed at safety, OEE, and quality. The engineer will create and maintain detailed work instructions, support quality assurance and maintenance activities, and develop FMEAs for new robot modules. On top of these responsibilities, the candidate will assist during production trials and coordinate cross‑functional change‑management processes. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, have gained initial production experience (internship or working‑student role), and are proactive self‑starters. Familiarity with ERP systems, time analysis, or Lean Manufacturing concepts is a plus. Fluency in English and German is required.
