Job Summary
Hebel Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH is looking for an experienced automotive inspection engineer to work at its certified testing centers in Lüneburg, Lauenburg/Elbe and Hamburg. The successful candidate will perform periodic vehicle inspections (HU/SP), emission tests (AU) and special approvals under §19(3) StVZO, while also engaging in the technical service for custom modifications and import vehicles. Beyond routine inspections, the role offers a clear pathway to leadership: after an initial period of familiarisation and hands‑on inspection work, you will take on responsibilities such as quality assurance, staff onboarding, and serving as the primary contact for GTÜ audits and client inquiries. The company provides a structured development plan, including training in leadership, communication, and technical certifications, to prepare the engineer for eventual department‑leadership duties.
