KI Developer – LLM / RAG / Agents (Python/TypeScript)

Job Summary

Rockstardevelopers, a German software house founded in 2015, is hiring a KI Developer to build production‑ready AI applications for enterprise clients such as Deutsche Bahn and public sector IT service providers. The role focuses on integrating large language models into existing business systems, creating RAG pipelines, tool‑calling agents, and multi‑agent workflows. Development is conducted remotely‑first from a Berlin base, with occasional on‑site meetings in Frankfurt. Candidates will design and implement the entire AI lifecycle: selecting and switching models (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, open‑source options), setting up evaluation metrics, monitoring token usage, and ensuring compliance with EU AI Act and ISO 27001. They will also be responsible for containerization, CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting, collaborating closely with client domain experts and architecture teams. The role requires a strong technical background in Python or TypeScript, hands‑on experience with LLM‑driven projects, and proficiency in German at C1 level. Additional skills such as Kubernetes, Helm, MLOps tools, vector databases, and observability platforms are a plus.
