Job Summary

The incumbent will guide a distributed team—including offshore resources—focusing on hybrid and cloud-first data platforms, driving a cloud transformation strategy that supports the organization’s AI-enabled data vision. Key responsibilities include technical ownership of data projects, leading design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities, and ensuring adherence to best practices and reusable engineering patterns. The role demands strong leadership in technical execution without formal management authority, requiring the ability to influence priorities, deliver reliable solutions, and provide accurate estimates. Candidates will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to craft scalable data architectures, partner with other teams to define solution strategies, and promote framework-driven development practices.
