Learning Experience Architect

Job Summary

Quantum Systems is seeking a Learning Experience Architect to collaborate with the Training & Demo Team and shape educational programs around its unmanned systems. The role involves designing modular learning paths that blend digital self‑study, instructor‑led sessions, and simulator exercises. It requires translating complex technical content into interactive modules, coordinating media production, and managing learning management systems such as Moodle. Daily responsibilities include authoring e‑learning content, testing learning concepts with target users, and refining courses based on feedback and data analytics. The architect will also advise trainers on effective instructional methods, prioritize portfolio improvements, and oversee project delivery with cross‑functional stakeholders. Candidates should possess a background in education, instructional design, or related fields, with proven experience in adult learning, blended learning, and authoring tools. Proficiency in German and English, and familiarity with AI in learning or media design are considered advantageous.
