Marketing Lead – B2B Demand Generation & Growth

Job Summary

ZEP, a cloud‑based project‑control software provider, is looking for a proactive Marketing Lead to drive new customer acquisition and accelerate growth. The role involves setting pipeline targets, managing a marketing budget, and leading a small in‑house team as well as external agencies. The candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, refine positioning for B2B audiences, and coordinate closely with Sales and senior leadership to ensure alignment and lead quality. Key responsibilities include building multi‑channel demand generation programs, overseeing paid media (Google Ads, paid social), optimizing SEO and AI‑search visibility, and maintaining rigorous tracking, attribution, and performance analysis, often using HubSpot. The role demands hands‑on execution, continuous optimization, and a strong focus on KPI ownership and result delivery.
