Order Output Manager

Job Summary

The Order Output Manager will lead end‑to‑end order execution within a global manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include monitoring order acceptance, material readiness, production, testing, shipment, and delivery. The role requires close collaboration with Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and other functions to maintain flow and mitigate risks. Key tasks involve proactive identification of bottlenecks, coordinating cross‑functional responses to disruptions, and driving timely escalation of critical issues. The manager establishes clear ownership, priorities, and timelines, ensuring on‑time delivery and consistent performance. Continuous improvement initiatives, such as lead‑time reduction and material readiness, are also part of the remit. The position fosters a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across a matrixed organization, improving operational resilience and execution consistency.
