Paid Social Marketing Manager – E-Commerce

Job Summary

Evolve Digital GmbH is seeking a Paid Social Marketing Manager to lead and optimise paid social campaigns for e‑commerce clients. The role involves planning, executing and scaling Meta and TikTok campaigns with monthly budgets in the high‑five to six‑figure range. The manager will collaborate closely with creative and copy teams to develop UGC, founder ads and other high‑impact formats, continuously testing hooks and narratives. Weekly data analysis, reporting and holistic client advisory are key responsibilities, with a focus on ROAS, POAS and CAC optimisation.
