Partner Operations Manager

Job Summary

Mecka AI is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of its global data-capture partners. This role sits at the intersection of partner onboarding, hardware logistics, quality assurance, and payment reconciliation, ensuring that newly signed partners ramp quickly to steady, high-quality output. The successful candidate will design and implement repeatable processes, tooling, and scorecards that scale across regions and time zones. Key responsibilities include preparing proposals and agreements from approved templates, managing device allocation and inventory, serving as the first point of contact for partner support, and monitoring daily performance metrics such as recorded hours, QA rejection rates, and deliverable volumes. The manager will also own partner payments and reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely compensation, while continuously refining operational playbooks to keep pace with network growth. The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of experience in partner or vendor operations, supply/merchant onboarding, or program management within a high-growth marketplace, delivery, or BPO environment. Fluency with AI tools for data analysis and communication drafting is expected, along with a proven ability to manage multiple partner launches simultaneously, maintain meticulous organization, and solve problems autonomously in an ambiguous, early-stage setting.
