Job Summary

HighLevel, an AI‑powered business operating system, is looking for a Payroll Apprentice to join its India payroll team. The role is a 6‑month apprenticeship that focuses on learning how payroll functions within a fast‑growing, remote‑first company. You will handle the payroll inbox, sort and route requests, and assist with ticket tracking and follow‑ups. The position involves creating and maintaining Excel‑based reports, cleaning and validating payroll data, and supporting the documentation process. It is a learning‑oriented role with guidance from the Payroll Manager, and no prior payroll experience is required. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, curious, and comfortable using AI tools to streamline administrative tasks. You will work Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST, receive a monthly stipend of ₹35,000, and work remotely from anywhere in India.
