Product Manager – AI Stockbroking App

Job Summary

Bjak, a fintech firm focused on AI‑driven financial solutions, seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead product areas within its AI Stockbroking App. The role requires defining user problems, setting scope, metrics, and roadmaps for services such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel. The PM will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, compliance, and business teams to ship features quickly, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and user feedback. Strong product sense, stakeholder communication, and a hands‑on approach to execution are essential. Candidates should have a proven track record in product management or a related role, ideally within fintech, insurance, or high‑growth consumer apps. The position is remote but limited to candidates already based in Poland. English is the primary working language.
