Working closely with delivery leads, the candidate will manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Key responsibilities include configuring product settings, supporting releases, and providing post‑launch support. The position also requires analyzing complex business processes, clarifying operational or legal constraints, and identifying opportunities for product and workflow optimization. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills are essential, as is familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and tools like Jira and Confluence. Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with practical experience in requirements management or product ownership. Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a plus.
