The role focuses on shaping and enhancing the digital product overview and entry points for product details on both the web platform and the DKB mobile app. The Product Owner prioritizes requirements, translates them into clear tasks, and works closely with engineering, design, and research teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions. Collaboration with CRM, Sales and Communications teams ensures personalized, cross‑channel communication that aligns with business goals. Key responsibilities include guiding the product from discovery to implementation, measuring impact through metrics and customer feedback, and iterating based on data‑driven insights. The position requires a strong customer focus, the ability to balance user needs with corporate objectives, and experience in an agile, cross‑functional environment.
