Job Summary

As a Project Management Specialist, you will lead the coordination of equipment implementation and installation for GE HealthCare clients. The role involves planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones, handling logistics, training, and Go‑Live activities to ensure on‑time delivery within budget. You will act as the primary liaison between GE HealthCare’s project teams and customers across the United States, proactively resolving issues related to delivery, installation, and site readiness. Your responsibilities also include creating detailed project plans, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements for the Healthcare Project Management and Shared Services teams. The position requires strong communication, facilitation, and change‑management skills, along with experience in managing revenue‑generating projects. You will work remotely, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and participating in weekly meetings to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track. This full‑time role is available remotely, with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to USD 120,000 annually.
