Project Manager – Wegerecht & Flächensicherung (Renewable Energy)

Job Summary

The role involves full responsibility for managing and monitoring all land security and easement procedures for renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, battery storage, and power lines. The candidate will coordinate closely with field acquisition teams and internal departments such as legal, project development, and permitting to ensure smooth project execution. Key tasks include drafting project plans, preparing status reports, and generating KPI reports for senior management. The position requires maintaining the land register, managing deadlines for options, terms, and renewals, and acting as the primary liaison for notaries, authorities, and land registry offices. Candidates should hold a technical or business degree in project management, civil engineering, energy or environmental engineering, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of project management experience—ideally in land security or the energy sector. Knowledge of property law and experience with GIS tools such as QGIS or ArcGIS are desirable. Strong communication, assertiveness, and a structured work approach are essential.
