The role is a central liaison between customers, installation teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing customer communication post‑project planning, coordinating site logistics with installation crews, and handling service, after‑sales and troubleshooting cases. The position also supports the preparation of installation documents and administrative tasks, contributing to efficient project delivery. Candidates should have experience in project coordination, customer service or dispatch roles, a strong service‑orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy technologies.
