Job Summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to lead the end‑to‑end site acquisition and development process. The role involves selecting new locations, conducting market analysis, negotiating lease terms, and coordinating with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure timely store openings. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of sites, track competitors and growth patterns, and build relationships with brokers, landlords, local officials, and community leaders. Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently within a fast‑paced environment. Key responsibilities include securing leases that meet company growth targets, preparing and presenting Real Estate Committee materials, providing regular status updates, and fostering strategic relationships across the organization. The role also supports franchise partners and internal stakeholders through ongoing education on site selection best practices. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and possess at least five years of commercial real‑estate experience, with a proven track record of successful site development and lease negotiation.
