Job Summary

Crisis Connections is seeking a compassionate Recovery Helpline Specialist to provide telephone, e‑mail, and text support to individuals in crisis related to substance use disorder. The specialist will answer calls, assess needs, and connect callers with appropriate resources—including local recovery programs, MOUD locators, and community services. The role requires knowledge of Washington State resources, proficiency with the Vision Link database, and the ability to conduct warm transfers and follow‑up calls. The position is full‑time, remote, and requires the employee to be based in Washington State. Responsibilities include documenting each interaction, conducting quality assurance reviews, and participating in regular training sessions.
