Remote Contact Center Operator – Bank

Job Summary

Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine is hiring a remote operator for its incoming contact center line. The role involves assisting customers with everyday banking tasks, explaining complex products in simple terms, and offering additional banking services. The position requires fluency in Ukrainian, basic computer proficiency, reliable internet and backup power supply, and a willingness to work during specified shifts.
