Sales Account Manager – Robotics & Physical AI (EMEA)

Job Summary

Flashpoint is looking for an ambitious Sales Account Manager to spearhead its robotics and physical AI business across the EMEA region. The role requires a hunter‑style professional who can develop a go‑to‑market strategy, uncover new opportunities, and build a partner ecosystem of hardware vendors, ODMs, OEMs, ISVs and system integrators. The successful candidate will own pipeline development from market segmentation through to revenue, engage in complex, multi‑stakeholder deals, and act as a trusted technical advisor to translate engineering requirements into business outcomes. They will also drive marketing initiatives, represent Flashpoint at conferences, and maintain executive‑level presence with customers and partners. Candidates must bring at least 10 years of experience in tech sales, business development or strategic partner alliances, with a minimum of 5 years directly in robotics or physical AI. Strong technical fluency in robotics architecture, AI software stacks, and experience building and executing go‑to‑market plans are essential.
