Senior Accounting & Finance Manager

Job Summary

Blue Altair, a global digital transformation consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting & Finance Manager. In this hands‑on leadership role, you will oversee the entire accounting and finance function for a US‑based technology consulting firm with international operations. Key responsibilities include owning the monthly and annual close, preparing accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, managing banking, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, treasury, and cash management, and handling multi‑entity accounting and intercompany transactions. You will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to provide financial analysis, support budgeting and forecasting, and identify risks to inform strategic decision‑making. The role also involves leading external audits, strengthening internal controls, implementing accounting system enhancements, and driving process automation. Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of US GAAP, experience with cloud‑based ERP systems, and a track record of improving financial processes. The position offers a pathway to a future CFO role based on performance.
