EverAI, a rapidly growing AI companionship platform, is hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and expand its affiliate network. The role involves onboarding new affiliates, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to build high-converting funnels. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in affiliate marketing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with platforms such as Everflow, Looker Studio, and SEMrush. Key responsibilities include maintaining affiliate relationships, troubleshooting issues, recruiting new partners, and continuously improving processes to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. The position requires a goal‑oriented mindset, excellent communication in English, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should have at least five years of affiliate marketing experience, advanced digital marketing knowledge across SEO, paid media, and social channels, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
