Senior AI Product Manager – Context Engineering

Job Summary

WEX is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to own and evolve its enterprise context layer that powers a global fleet of AI agents. The role involves bridging unstructured knowledge, governed semantic data, and agent workflows, partnering with engineering, data, and business teams to ensure AI actions are accurate, authorized, and grounded. Responsibilities include defining semantic roadmaps, establishing federated ingestion and metadata standards, delivering production‑ready context packs, building evaluation harnesses for quality and bias detection, and embedding governance and auditability into the context layer. Candidates must bring senior‑level product management experience with data platforms or enterprise search, a deep understanding of generative AI, RAG, embeddings, and semantic layers, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders. Familiarity with knowledge graphs, MDM, or governed NL‑to‑SQL products is an advantage.
